Fuel or Crutch in essence means motivation or excuses and that you have the ability to decide how you allow your adversity, hardships, current situations, or past to effect you.  The message came to me through divine intervention while praying and I crafted the meaning.

The fuel or crutch images are not intended to offend anyone as well as the message is not to be taken literal as referenced in the workshop but as a metaphor for motivation.  Use your best judgement with the strategies I give for your own specific situations.
