Mentoring & Coaching

Group mentoring sessions are geared toward youth to create peer support while developing necessary skills while becoming community, college, and career ready.  The groups will understand the positives that come from peer pressure/support, increase literacy skills, learn history and the importance of knowing about the past, learn self-advocacy skills, and learn leadership skills to name some of the important skills participants will gain.

One on One mentoring is geared toward youth to give them tools and strategies and skills to have as they navigate the ups and downs of adolescence.  It will also provide help and offer guidance that is specifically designed for the particular mentee.

One on One coaching is geared for the young professionals seeking advice and guidance in efforts to better their opportunities to land jobs or climb the ladder at the job they are currently at. There will also be advice and guidance on opportunities to network with individuals in your current field or field of young professionals that you are aspiring to become a part of.

Parental and Family coaching focuses on giving advice and guidance to parents and families struggling with their children which includes but not limited to strategies and literature.  Also gives resource information for groups that can better serve families given the needs of the individual family.
