Year 3, we running it back following successful two years of the Back2School Summit.  I will be hosting the 3rd annual Determination to Succeed Back2School Summit prior to the school year starting to help participants set the tone for the school year for themselves by getting out of their own way, learning how to self-reflect and apply it, set goals and how to pursue them, dream big and chase those dreams, the importance of their presentation of themselves, and how to navigate the system as young black men.
