About the event
This event teaches the message and meaning behind #FuelOrCrutch through an interactive workshop that is designed to change the mindset of the participants while leaving them with physical reminders which are a shirt and wristband. Participants will learn the mindset and lifestyle that they will adopt by taking time to reflect on their struggles and learning about my triumphs and failures. I highly encourage parents to sign up with their children. The workshop is designed for ages 11 and up.
